1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order
  • Return requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48hrs
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Any non-defective items after purchase

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by Us
  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be free
